Coach and Owner

Constantin Manthey

I’m Constantin,

I’m a Coach and the Owner of The Martial Club.

My Martial Arts Journey began 15 years ago in Breitenfelde, a small town in northern Germany. At the time I had just read a newspaper article about a local Martial Artist who had just competed in the WKA Kickboxing World Championships in Canada. I immediately signed up in his school shortly after reading about it and I discovered that it would profoundly impact my life in countless ways. As I began training daily, I became more athletic and more confident and even my social skills and mental health improved as a result. I had finally found a community that made me feel like I truly belonged. I was fortunate enough to have a coach who was equally invested in my growth, which lead me to compete in national and international WKA tournaments, eventually taking the Silver Medal in the WKA K-1 Amateur World Championships in Spain in 2009.

Currently, I live in Albuquerque where I work as an EMT as well as train and coach Muay Thai / Kickboxing. I now feel that it is time to pass on some of the blessings that were given to me in my youth.

I greatly look forward to meeting you and personally welcome you to The Martial Club.

Muay Thai / Kickboxing Instructor

Brandon London

I’m Brandon London,

I grew up in Danbury Connecticut, where I began training in martial arts at the age of 5. In my early life, I was predominately dedicated to Kyokusin, a particular type of full-contact, bare-knuckle karate.

Martial Arts has been a family tradition for me as my father is a 4th-degree black belt in Kyokusin and my cousin is an American Kickboxing Champion. I feel blessed to have grown up amongst these and other great martial artists, learning as much as possible from a young age. At 13 I began to also cross-train in other disciplines such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Western boxing, eventually teaching Kyokusin and Kickboxing to adults and youth in order to help them attain their confidence, fitness, and competition goals.

So far I have competed in 37 fights and was able to claim 7 international championship titles. I fell more and more in love with Kickboxing and Muay Thai over the years and fought in multiple Kickboxing bouts. Eventually, I decided to serve my country by joining the United States Marine corps where I was also able to acquire further knowledge in self-defense and combative training.

I currently live in Albuquerque with my lovely wife and my dog Winter, where I compete to this day. Now I’m looking forward to passing on what I’ve learned here at The Martial Club. I hope to see you soon!
