Muay Thai / Kickboxing
In our Muay Thai/Kickboxing class, you will learn how to fight with your fists, elbows, knees, and shins while getting in the best shape of your life. We will also emphasize techniques that are more commonly found in Dutch-Style, K-1, or American Kickboxing to provide a well-rounded striking class.
